Gin Blossoms Los Angeles Concert reviews
Brantley Country or Rock?!? Couldn't Tell?!
A few years ago, I saw him at a County Fair when he was fairly new to performing/singing- after his first album came out and he was Amazing! This show, however, was a major disappointment. He screamed and made his voice raspy, giving every song a rock sound that used to be country. His words all ran together, and we could barely understand him, his raspy/growl made it harder to make out. He had a hard time singing a whole song raspy-like, as if he forgot what he was doing and started sounding normal. Very disappointed in his performance! We left after an hour. Justin Moore, on the other hand, was great as always. In my opinion, he should have been the headliner.
